Well, it's ok... Not what it used to be though, and that sucks big time... That's what you get for not practicing for two years, but still, can't believe I was practically fluent and now I struggle a couple of minutes to write such a simple sentence

I noticed, like you I used to be damn good in Spanish, but I haven't been practicing since High School, that is to say 5 years, I only read it now for my studies, so it's to hard to speak. I understand, I read, but I can't speak anymore !

But yeah, it's strange how fast spanish can be forgotten, when it's so similar to french... I've still got a pretty decent accent when I speak (lived in madrid for two years, that's where I picked it up) , but if the conversation gets any deeper than "hey what's up? Not much, you?" and such, well... I'm literally lost for words

Thanksfully, my english is good. This could have benne by birth language ! I worked hard to be where I am so I keep practicing, US Shows are excellent for this !!! SO you lived in Madrid, nice experience I think. I've been to Salou 8 years ago, it was great!

Yeap, american shows are good to keep up an english level... I personally prefer to speak with a couple of friends in america or england, but not every one has that opportunity.
Madrid was great yeap! I made lots of friends, learned a lot of things... Also started drinking in madrid, which is probably not such a good thing, seing where that got me

So you've been to Salou? The place is nice, i went there on vacation 3 years ago as well. Didn't stay long though, I was going to Majorca with some friends right after La palma was a real blast
